VIP: VIP completes MYR 17m sale and leaseback agreement

- VIP Gloves Limited has sold land and buildings to Intergrasi Sdn Berhad for MYR 17 million (approximately A$5.61 million).
- Simultaneously, a tenancy agreement was executed with Intergrasi for the Leaseback of the land and buildings.
- The sale will provide a significant cash injection for the Company, to be used to eliminate financial borrowings and provide ongoing working capital.
