SUL: Proceedings commenced by Fair Work Ombudsman

SUPER RETAIL GROUP LIMITED

• The Fair Work Ombudsman has filed proceedings in the Federal Court of Australia relating to pay arrangements for some team members of Super Retail Group Limited.
• Super Retail Group self-reported the issue to the FWO in 2018 and has been making back payments for affected team members.
• It is unacceptable and contrary to the company’s values for any team member not to be paid correctly.

SUL: Trading Update

SUPER RETAIL GROUP LIMITED

1. Boxing Day fell in H2 in FY22 and in H1 in FY23.
2. Boxing Day contributed approximately $27 million of sales and $7 million of PBT in FY22.
3. Preliminary Unaudited H1 FY23 Financial Results Group first half revenue is expected to be $1.96 billion and first half normalised profit before tax (PBT) is expected to be between $212 million and $218 million.
