Sihayo Gold Limited launches a fully underwritten non-renounceable entitlement offer to raise approximately $12,204,256.
Provident Minerals Pte Ltd, Sihayo's largest shareholder, has underwritten the entitlement offer.
The proceeds will be used to repay shareholder loans and progress exploration and study work associated with the Sihayo Starter Project.
