PENGANA CAPITAL GROUP LIMITED

Pengana Capital Group and Washington H. Soul Pattinson have executed a Shareholders Agreement to jointly own and operate Pengana Credit.
WHSP has provided Pengana Credit with $200 million seed funding to establish a diversified portfolio of institutional-grade global private credit investments.
In the coming months, Pengana expects to announce details of global private credit vehicles to be managed by Pengana Credit for offer to Australian investors.

Pengana Capital Group Limited (ASX: PCG) has signed an agreement to divest its 65% direct equity stake in Lizard Investors LLC.
The divestment will not impact arrangements between Pengana and Lizard regarding the management of the Pengana Global Small Companies Fund.
The Lizard divestment is expected to be earnings accretive in the second half of the 2023 financial year.
