Developed on Microsoft Azure's OpenAI Service, these tools help reduce the time and effort required to develop high-quality courses, micro-credentials, and online degrees.
Selected partners, including Western Sydney University and University of Wollongong KDU Malaysia, will participate in a pilot program to provide feedback and measure the effectiveness of these AI-powered tools.

ECA Investments Group enters into a conditional share sale agreement with Alchemy Tribridge Sapphire to acquire their 13.58% shareholding in OpenLearning.
The agreement is conditional on shareholder approval under item 7 of section 611 of the Corporations Act.
A subcommittee excluding OpenLearning Non-executive Director Mr Rupesh Singh will be formed to engage an independent expert and prepare the notice of meeting.

OpenLearning has signed an exclusive Distribution and SaaS Reseller Agreement with the Education Centre of Australia (‘ECA’) to expand OpenLearning to India.
OpenLearning India will encompass the Company’s SaaS Platform and a marketplace of short courses, micro-credentials and online degrees primarily from Indian and Australian universities.
The Agreement enables OpenLearning to enter the market in India with minimal investment, by leveraging ECA's expertise in Australia, India and across the sub-continent.
