FLIGHT CENTRE TRAVEL GROUP LIMITED

Flight Centre Travel Group (FLT) successfully completed its institutional placement to raise A$180 million.
Approximately 12.3 million new shares were issued at a fixed price of A$14.60 per share, a 7.8% discount to the last traded price.
The proceeds of the Placement will be used to fund the acquisition of a 100% interest in Luxury Travel Holdings Limited (Scott Dunn).

FLIGHT CENTRE TRAVEL GROUP LIMITED

FLT announced the acquisition of Scott Dunn, a leading UK-based luxury travel brand specialising in tailor-made luxury holidays.
Expected to be mid-teens percentage EPS accretive in the 12 months ending 30 June 2023.
Funded via a fully underwritten A$180 million institutional placement and A$40 million of existing cash.
