DOC: Sale of Aust' Subsidiary GP2U Telehealth/Business Update

• Doctor Care Anywhere signed a Share Purchase Agreement to sell its Australian subsidiary, GP2U Telehealth Pty Limited, to Connected Medical Solutions Limited (MED) for a total consideration of AU$3.0m.
