CAN: S3 Trial update

CANN GROUP LIMITED

• Cann Group conducted a Phase 3 clinical trial comparing the efficacy of low dose Satipharm® CBD capsules to placebo in treating sleep disturbances.
• Initial analysis of the primary end-points did not show a statistically superior response compared to the placebo.
• Submission of the registration application to the Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA) will be delayed until full data set and report of the clinical trial is delivered to Cann Group.
