ALC: Alcidion signs two Silverlink PCS contract renewals

• Alcidion renews contracts with Royal Wolverhampton NHS Trust and University Hospitals Dorset NHS Foundation Trust for Silverlink PCS solution.
• Combined total contract value of $3.3M over the respective renewal periods increases recurring revenue.
• Successful renewal triggers second tranche (£1.5M) of the earn-out consideration from Silverlink acquisition in December 2021.
