Detailed structural modelling and field mapping has identified five new high priority gold targets at GSN’s 100% owned Duketon Gold Project.
Drilling at the Duketon Gold Project is planned to commence in Q1 2023, targeting extensions to known mineralisation at the Southern Star prospect along strike, at depth and on parallel trends, 3km of prospective strike at the Golden Boulder prospect, adjacent to historic workings and recent gold intercepts, which include 5m @ 3.3g/t gold and 8m @ 2.1g/t gold, and follow up of the new high priority targets identified.
New targets are located on structural trends which host multiple major gold deposits to the north, such as Regis Resources +3Moz Garden Well gold deposit.
The assays have identified a high-priority geochemical target, ‘Sunnyside’ that may indicate the presence of sulphide mineralisation associated with mafic-ultramafic lithologies.
Also at Sunnyside, soil assays show a coincident Nb-Sn-Ta-W-Ti anomaly and a Li-Cs anomaly (open to the east) - the spatial relationship of Li-Cs and rare metals may indicate zonation within a larger system.
Further soil/laterite sampling and ground EM and/or drone mag surveys are planned to define the extent of the target.
The Calima Board of Directors has approved a testing program on the Company's liquids rich Montney gas acreage in British Columbia.
The testing and evaluation program on the Calima #2 and Calima #3 Montney wells will commence in late January, 2023.

Assay results received for 22 diamond cored drillholes - 19 drillholes intersected significant Rare Earth Element (“REE”) and Rare Metal (“RM”) mineralisation.
11 drillholes intersected REE/RM mineralisation within previously identified mineralisation envelope – affirms Project’s REE prospectivity and potential.
Significantly, in terms of the upcoming Mineral Resource Estimate (“MRE”), eight drillholes intersected mineralisation outside the bounds of previously identified REE mineralisation confirming an open system and the potential for a considerably larger REE/RM system at the Project.
Rock chip results of up to 3.3% Li2O, 80m south-west of Pontax Central, expand the known strike length to 700m, remaining open in all directions.
At the adjacent Pontax North target, rock chips over a large surface area revealed spodumene-bearing pegmatites with high grade results of 2.5% Li2O, 1.4% Li2O and 1.3% Li2O, confirming the potential for a replication of Pontax Central to the north.
Previously announced drilling by Cygnus has already doubled the known depth of the mineralisation at Pontax Central to 230m.
