URW: URW Sells Westfield Trumbull and South Shore Shopping Centre

UNIBAIL-RODAMCO-WESTFIELD 🔗 📄 📈

  1. Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield (URW) has sold Westfield Trumbull and South Shore Shopping Centres for $196 Mn.
  2. The transaction reflects an initial yield of 9.5% on the in-place NOI.
  3. URW has made $1.3 Bn in total proceeds to date from the planned radical reduction of its financial exposure to the US.

PHO: Update on Mining Concession Application

  1. As announced on 20 September 2022, PhosCo through its 50.99% owned subsidiary CPSA lodged an updated concession application for the Chaketma Phosphate Project located in Tunisia (Project) supported by an updated financing plan.
  2. CPSA on 19 December 2022 received a letter from the Minister of Industry, Mines and Energy (Minister) dated 7 December 2022 whereby the application for a mining concession over the Project did not receive approval (Minister's Decision).
  3. PhosCo will engage with the Minister to ensure its rights are protected in relation to the mining concession.
