ZNC: Hayes Hill Project - Nickel Update

ZENITH MINERALS LIMITED

Hand auger sampling has upgraded the nickel-copper-PGE anomaly at Green Bananas Target with peak assay results like 0.43% Ni, 0.44% Cu, 0.53% Co & 203ppm Pt. This anomaly is associated with folded ultramafic rocks and extends over 400m by 150m.
A plan is in place to commence Electromagnetic (EM) geophysical surveys at the Green Bananas, Plat-X and other additional Hayes Hill nickel targets, and further surface soil sampling targeting nickel is in progress.
The completion of project-wide 110-line km of heritage surveying allows further auger, RC and diamond drilling. Additionally, mechanised auger sampling will assess both nickel and lithium targets.

ZNC: New Lithium Project - Yilmia

ZENITH MINERALS LIMITED

Zenith Minerals Limited has secured a binding option agreement to obtain up to a 100% interest in lithium rights near Coolgardie, Western Australia.
The Yilmia Lithium Project contains an 8km long greenstone rock sequence, considered prospective for lithium pegmatites and is in a similar geological setting to the recent Kangaroo Hills discovery.
Zenith plans to conduct an initial aircore drilling program to assess the lithium potential of the 8km long corridor in the project area.

ZNC: REE Project Portfolio Conditional Divestment & Joint Venture

ZENITH MINERALS LIMITED

Zenith Minerals Limited signed a conditional agreement allowing WA Rare Earths Pty Ltd (WRE) to acquire an 80% stake in Zenith's rare earth element (REE) project portfolio.
Zenith will receive $2 million worth of WRE shares and retain a 20% free carried interest in the REE portfolio upon completion of an IPO.
The REE portfolio includes six granted exploration licenses and two exploration license applications in Western Australia, covering approximately 1,400 km².

ZNC: Dulcie Gold Drilling Update - High-Grade Gold Mineralisation

Zenith Minerals completed 15 diamond holes and 4 RC holes for an aggregate 2,514m at the Dulcie Far North Prospect in their Split Rocks Gold Project.
Significant alteration widths were observed in new drill holes, consistent with high-grade gold mineralised intervals from previous drill programs.
First assay results are anticipated in early May 2023, with resource estimation work to be completed in June 2023.

RC drilling has extended and defined new zones of significant Zn–Pb mineralisation at Tonka-Navajoh, located 900km north of Perth, WA.
The high grade Colorado Feeder Fault now extends over 2.5km strike within the 11km x 3km blanket of Zn + Pb mineralisation, with an emerging, Zn sulphide dominant, high grade feeder zone 800m northwest of the fault.

Zenith Minerals has identified a new lithium geochemical target at its Split Rocks Lithium Project in Western Australia.
The target is 9km long by 2km wide with peak auger soil value of 117ppm Li and has not been previously drill tested.
The project is located approximately 40km south of the regional town of Marvel Loch and is being explored as part of the Zenith Lithium Joint Venture with EV Metals Group.
