WNR: WNR enters into Offer for the Sale of its Raywood Facility

WINGARA AG LTD

Wingara AG Ltd has entered into a binding sale agreement with Balco Australia Pty Ltd for the sale of its 100% owned Raywood Hay Processing Facility for A$15.0 million in cash.
The net cash proceeds will be used to retire all debt, invest in new opportunities and determine a Fully Franked Special Dividend to Wingara Shareholders.
The transaction is subject to Wingara Shareholder and other approvals.
