Vitura Health and Releaf Group have established a joint venture, aiming to combine Vitura's CanView platform technology and distribution capabilities with Releaf's medical cannabis clinical services network.
A Releaf-branded version of Vitura's CanView platform will be developed for use by Releaf's prescribing doctors, dispensaries, and patients, providing access to e-prescribing functionality and product dispensing.
The partnership is expected to increase the volume of medicinal cannabis products prescribed and distributed through the CanView platform, as well as the number of patients and prescribers registered and using the platform's services.

Vitura Health and PharmAla Biotech have formed a 50:50 joint venture called Cortexa, aiming to become the leading supplier of psychedelics for research and therapeutic use in Australia.
Cortexa will have exclusive rights to purchase GMP MDMA and GMP Psilocybin from PharmAla for distribution in Australia and will generate revenues from the outset.
Cortexa will be the exclusive license holder for PharmAla's owned and licensed manufacturing technology and intellectual property assets related to MDMA and Psilocybin in Australia.
