VAN: Funding Agreement

VANGO MINING LIMITED

• Vango Mining has entered into a $5,000,000 line of credit facility with Kongwell Management Limited.
• So far, Vango has drawn down $1,500,000 ($650,000 has been received and the remaining $850,000 is due to be paid on or before 25 February 2023).
• Catalyst Metals has extended its offer period for its takeover offer for all Vango shares to 5:00pm (Perth time) on 6 March 2023.
