TPD: Talon completes Perth Basin Farm-In Agreement

• Talon completed a formal Farm -In Agreement to acquire a 25% interest in Triangle’s L7 and EP437 northern onshore Perth Basin permits.
• Due diligence over L7 and EP437 was completed to Talon’s satisfaction, giving them full access to the recently acquired high quality Bookara 3D seismic data.
• Preliminary volumetrics undertaken by Triangle indicate best-case Prospective Resource of 617 Bcf (gross, unrisked) for five features in L7 permit alone.

TPD: Walyering Development Update - Grant of Production Licence

1. Talon Energy Ltd has been granted a Production License by the WA Department of Mines, Industry, Regulation and Safety.
2. The grant of the Production License is a key approval required for the development of the Walyering gas field and has been obtained in line with the Joint Venture’s scheduled timeframes.
3. The procurement program for the upstream facility is nearly complete and fabrication is 65% complete.
