TLOU ENERGY LIMITED

Tlou Energy Limited launches a partially underwritten non-renounceable entitlement offer to raise approximately A$10.65 million (£5.86 million; BWP 92.6 million).
The Entitlement Offer is partially underwritten for A$5m (£2.75m, BWP43.5m) by ILC Investments Pty Ltd.
Funds raised will be used for the development of Tlou's power projects, including drilling, construction, land purchase, and working capital requirements.

TOU: A$2m Loan Funding Agreement Secured

TLOU ENERGY LIMITED

Tlou Energy Limited has received a A$2m loan from ILC Investments Pty Ltd.
The loan has an interest rate of 10% per annum, is unsecured, and has a three-year term.
Funds will be used for Tlou's operations in Botswana and working capital requirements.

TOU: Lesedi 6 Drilling Update

TLOU ENERGY LIMITED

Work has begun on the next phase of drilling at Tlou's Lesedi Gas-to-Power project with Lesedi 6 gas production pod.
Lesedi 6 aims to increase the volume of gas available to the Company for power generation.
Gas flows from Lesedi 6 will be converted to electricity for the existing 10MW Power Purchase Agreement with Botswana Power Corporation once the necessary infrastructure is in place.
