• Tesserent Limited has acquired the Australian Cyber security training business – ALC Group.
• The acquisition will provide a foundation for providing critical certified Cyber training courses to existing ALC customers, employees and key clients of the Tesserent Group.
• The strategy is to build a profitable business in the Cybersecurity training space in the Australasian market, as well as providing a pipeline of high quality Cybersecurity talent.
