1. Tommy Logtenberg has been appointed as interim Chief Executive Officer (CEO) for The Market Herald group of companies.
2. Mr Logtenberg's employment contract is with Gum tree AU Pty Ltd, a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company.
3. Mr Logtenberg's role as Interim TMH Group CEO will be in addition to his responsibilities as CEO and Chief Financial Officer of Gumtree AU Pty Ltd.
