Energy Ink™ technology by Australian Advanced Materials is on track to exceed the power density of solar technology through converting moisture into energy.
The technology currently has a peak power density of 14mW/cm2, equivalent to 70% of the power density of solar technology, and over 200x the power density of other relevant moisture electricity generation technologies.
Development goals include nano-engineering of ink formula, optimization of ultra-thin cells, and fabrication and testing of Energy Ink™ cells with power density exceeding solar technology within the next 24 weeks.
