The success of the Delta trial has enabled the active engagement of Boeing to develop a new service bulletin for FAA certification.
Once approved, CVMTM will be recognised by other regulatory authorities around the world for the same purpose.

SMN: Resignation of UK auditor

STRUCTURAL MONITORING SYSTEMS PLC

The Company's UK auditor has resigned due to the unexpected departure of the audit partner.
As a result, the Company's Interim Report for December 2022 will not be reviewed and signed before the lodgement deadline.
The Company is working to engage another suitably qualified UK registered auditor to review and sign the Interim Report.
