The Full Federal Court of Australia rejected Site Group International Limited's appeal against a decision that its subsidiary, Productivity Partners Pty Ltd, breached Australian Consumer Law.
Site will consider the judgment and provide an update, having 28 days to seek leave to appeal the decision or proceed to a penalty hearing.
The resolution could have a material negative impact on Site's financial performance and position, with the level of penalties to be determined through a contested court process.
