Singular Health attains ISO13485 Certification for Quality Management System for Software-as-a-Medical-Device (SaMD) manufacture and distribution.
Successfully passes audit for the Medical Device Single Audit Program (MDSAP) which combines TGA, FDA, and Health Canada audits into a single audit.
ISO Certification and MDSAP Audit now enables regulatory submissions for the Australian, New Zealand, Canadian, and Singaporean markets for 3Dicom MD®.

SHG: Sales Partner Appointed and First Enterprise Licence Order

Singular Health has appointed Yikun Technology (Hainan) Limited as their Sales Partner in Mainland China to establish an in-country presence in the East Coast of China.
Yikun Tech has a marketing exclusivity in the Jiangsu Province with non-exclusive rights to market and sell Singular Health's non-diagnostically approved 3Dicom software throughout Mainland China.
The initial order received from Yancheng N1 Peoples Hospital in China for 100 Licenses of the translated version of 3Dicom MD® generates up to US$40,000 of annualised recurring revenue.

Dr Kwang Guan Tay PhD resigned from his role as an Executive Director and from the Board of Singular Health Group Ltd on 24 March 2023.
Dr Tay has agreed to provide ongoing assistance and consulting on an ad-hoc basis to the Company to assist in the completion of current R&D projects.
Dr Tay has been a valuable member of Singular Health’s Board and Executive team since his appointment in 2020.
