• 10% of the purchase price was received, but the remaining 90% has not been paid despite the 6-month payment period expiring.
• SCU still retains ownership of approximately 45% of the shares in Lantene and will provide further updates to the market as required.

SCU: SCU secures firm commitments to raise $1m

• The Company receives A$875,005 in commitments from investors for a private placement.
• An additional A$150,000 commitment is received from a former director to be advanced by a loan convertible into shares.
• Directors agree to convert up to A$150,000 of accrued unpaid fees into shares on the same terms as the placement.
