RPM: Results of Share Purchase Plan

RPM AUTOMOTIVE GROUP LIMITED

1. A total of $685,000 in applications has been accepted by the Directors and a total of 4,151,559 Shares will be allotted.
2. An additional $315,000 will be issued to Collins St Value Fund (the underwriter) and the additional issue of 1,909,091 Shares will be allotted.
3. The Directors acknowledge and appreciate the support of shareholders who participated in the SPP.
