REDFLOW LIMITED (ASX: RFX)

Redflow announces a pro rata non-renounceable entitlement offer to raise up to $18.9 million to support growth in large scale multi-MWh projects and business development opportunities.
The company has recently secured a commercial scale supply contract for the Paskenta Rancheria Microgrid Project and has an improving sales pipeline.
Recent milestones include signing Redflow's largest single battery sale for a California Energy Commission-funded project and a successful one-year operational milestone for the 2 MWh Anaergia installation in California.

Redflow will supply a 20 MWh battery system for a large-scale solar and storage project funded by the California Energy Commission, serving the Paskenta Band of Nomlaki Indians.
The project, known as the Paskenta Racheria Microgrid, will be one of the largest zinc-based battery projects in the world and Redflow's most significant deployment to date.
Redflow expects to receive approximately US$12 million for the system, with completion and commissioning anticipated in Q1 FY25.

Redflow Ltd. has secured a commitment of circa $2.5 million from Scale Facilitation Pty Ltd through a share placement at a 30% premium.
The Placement price is 26 cents per share.
Scale Facilitation® has agreed to a voluntary escrow of the Placement shares for 12 months to explore strategic partnership opportunities.
