RED: Completion of fully underwritten $90 million equity raising

RED 5 LIMITED

Red 5 has successfully completed a two-tranche Placement to raise A$80 million, and confirmed an underwritten Share Purchase Plan of A$10 million.
The equity raising has seen strong support from new and existing shareholders.
Proceeds will ensure Red 5 is well funded with sufficient working capital and the flexibility to accelerate future investment in production and mine life growth.

Red 5 has launched a bookbuild to raise A$80m and a Share Purchase Plan to raise a further A$8m, with the ability to accept oversubscriptions of up to A$2m.
The proceeds will be used to ensure Red 5 is well funded, with sufficient working capital and balance sheet flexibility for future investments.
Placement and SPP offer price of A$0.135 per share represents a 22.9% discount to the last closing price and a 24.5% discount to the 5-day VWAP.

RED: Positive exploration drilling results at Yandal South

RED 5 LIMITED

Red 5 Limited has completed a successful air-core drilling program at the Yandal South Gold Project, located 20 km west of their Darlot Gold Mine in the Eastern Goldfields region of Western Australia.
Assay results from 4 metre composite samples have returned multiple intervals of gold mineralisation associated with quartz and visible sulphides along 1.2km strike.
Further drill programs are planned for FY24.
