Recharge Metals has acquired the Express Lithium Project in the James Bay Region of Quebec, Canada.
The project comprises of 139 mineral claims over 73.5km² and is in close proximity to several significant lithium deposits.
Recharge Metals will undertake a conditional share placement to raise $2.5 million to fund acquisition and exploration activities over the next 12 months.
