PERENTI LIMITED (ASX: PRN)

Perenti's subsidiary African Underground Mining Services (AUMS) secures a circa A$630 million, 60-month contract at Newmont Subika underground gold mine in Ghana through its UMA joint venture.
Newmont will acquire the current fleet of underground equipment and will also be responsible for the acquisition of additional fleet for the project, reducing capital intensity for Perenti.
The new contract expands Perenti's tenure in Ghana and strengthens its relationship with Newmont, a leading gold company.

Perenti's subsidiary Barminco secures a 12-month contract extension at Newcrest Mining Limited's Red Chris mine in British Columbia, Canada.
The contract extension enables Barminco to continue underground development works, delivering approximately A$90 million in revenue over the term.
The award of the contract is not expected to impact Perenti's FY23 guidance range.

Perenti Limited (ASX:PRN) has announced that its subsidiary Ausdrill has been awarded a new 60-month contract at the Northern Star Resources (ASX:NST) owned Kalgoorlie Consolidated Gold Mines (‘KCGM’) Fimiston open pit gold mine in Kalgoorlie, Western Australia.
This new circa $160 million contract will include up to 14 production blast hole drill rigs and is expected to commence on 1 March 2022 and continue to March 2027.
No new capital outlay is expected from Perenti to support this contract.
