The Section 91 Licence has been granted for the HyEnergy® green hydrogen project, expanding the license area by 168 hectares to support pre-feasibility studies for marine facilities.
Province Resources has secured multiple Section 91 Licences for the Gascoyne region and renewed the MoU with the Shire of Carnarvon for continued due diligence studies.
Province is in advanced discussions with the Western Australian Government on exclusive secure tenure over the project area through Section 88 options to lease, with an initial option to lease expected soon.

A proposed development agreement between the two parties was not entered into prior to the expiration of the term sheet.
