• Mr E. G. Albers proposes to acquire all of the shares in Octanex (excluding those held by the Albers Group) through a scheme of arrangement at 0.2c per share.
• The Albers Group holds 155,435,574 ordinary shares in Octanex, representing approximately 60.29% of the issued capital.
• The Non-Associated Shareholders hold 103,542,112 ordinary shares in Octanex, representing 39.71% of the issued capital.
