OM1: Exploration Update - Lac des Montagnes Lithium Project

OMNIA METALS GROUP LTD

Omnia Metals Group Ltd's Lac des Montagnes Lithium Project was temporarily suspended due to wildfires, but plans to recommence field work by the end of June.
Before suspension, 280 rock chip samples were collected and submitted for lab analysis, and an additional 160 p-XRF sample points.
Upon fully recommencing the exploration program, the goal is to collect approximately 2,400 rock chip samples to delineate targets for further sampling and drill testing.

Omnia's Senay 5 target has extensive “Spodumene Suite” pegmatite granites outcropping.
The mapped pegmatites have been identified by the Government of Quebec’s Ministère des Ressources Naturelles et des Forêts as high priority and highly prospective for lithium.
Over forty (40) pegmatite granites have been mapped within the Project area, seven (7) of which are spodumene hosting.

Omnia Metals Group Ltd has entered into an earn-in agreement to acquire up to a 100% interest in 540 km2 of granted claims in the James Bay region, Quebec, Canada.
The land package is considered highly prospective for lithium, gold and base metal mineralisation.
It consists of three properties: Senay Lithium (136 km2), Lac des Montagnes Lithium Central Zone (98 km2) and Lac des Montagnes Lithium East Zone (306 km2).
