- Edward Sheehy has lodged a Notice of Appeal in relation to the decision made by the Federal Court of Australia on 7 February 2023.
- Mr Sheehy is appealing that he was precluded from raising matters in his claims and that Nuix had not engaged in any oppressive or unconscionable conduct.
- Nuix continues to reject Mr Sheehy’s claims and will defend the appeal.
