MTL: Mallina Gold Project Update

Mantle Minerals Limited has recommenced gold exploration program in Roberts Hill, part of the Mallina Project.
A geochemical review of 2021 aircore drilling and follow-up soil sampling survey have been initiated.
Results from the soil survey are expected in May with the aim of highlighting potential mineralisation and defining drill targets for later this year.

MTL: Change in Executive Remuneration

Nick Poll's remuneration package has been revised.
The revised package consists of an increase in base salary from $120,000 to $240,000 per annum plus superannuation.
The package is intended to better align Mr. Poll's interests with those of the shareholders and incentivise him to drive long-term value for the Company.

MTL: Phase 2 Drilling Results from Pardoo Nickel Sulphide Project

MANTLE MINERALS LIMITED

Mantle Minerals Ltd has confirmed extensive nickel-copper mineralisation at the Pardoo Nickel Sulphide Project.
Phase two of drilling at the Highway nickel deposit within the project returned wide intercepts of up to 68m grading 0.44 % Ni and 0.1 % Cu.
The company is preparing for a Minerals Resource Estimate under the JORC (2012) code in the first quarter of 2023.
