MLG: Decommissioning of High Capacity Crushing Plants - Milestone

MLG OZ LIMITED

MLG has fully decommissioned and delivered its high-capacity crushing plants to the purchaser, completing the process on budget and ahead of schedule.
Net proceeds received to date total $11.4m, with another $7.0m expected for Instalment 3 under the asset sale agreement.
Approximately $17.0m net proceeds will reduce MLG's debt position and provide additional working capital for the business.

MLG: Sale of High-Capacity Crushing Plants

MLG OZ LIMITED

MLG has agreed to sell both of its high-capacity crushing plants to an unrelated third party purchaser.
The sale includes both high-capacity plants and an agreed list of ancillary equipment and inventory.
The purchase price will be funded through the Purchaser group’s existing cash reserves, with net proceeds expected to be circa $17.0m.
