MCY: Board member accepts full time executive role in Australia

• Dennis Barnes has been appointed as the next Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director of Snowy Hydro Limited.
• Mr Barnes is expected to take up the role on 1 February 2023.
• Consequently, Mr Barnes will step down from the Mercury Board at a time to be determined.
