Administrators have been appointed for M8 Sustainable Limited and its subsidiary Fernview Environmental Pty Ltd.
Financial reporting obligations for M8S are deferred for a minimum of 6 months and a maximum of 24 months from the date of the Administrators' appointment under ASIC Corporations Instrument 2015/251.
M8S is not required to comply with the Financial Reporting Obligations until the last day of the Deferral Period.

McGrathNicol Restructuring announced the appointment of Jonathan Henry, Rob Kirman and Rob Brauer as the voluntary administrators of M8S Sustainable Limited on 13 February 2023.
The Administrators are undertaking an urgent assessment of M8S and its business and assets, and intend to explore options for the sale and/or recapitalisation of M8S.
A first statutor y meeting of creditors must be held within eight business days of the administration beginning and is expected to take place on 23 February 2023.

M8 Sustainable Limited has received an unsolicited all-cash proportional off-market takeover bid from Adroit Capital Group ESG Pty Ltd.
The offer is for $0.014 per M8S share, reduced by any dividends or distributions declared, determined or paid after 24 January 2023.
M8S Board and its advisers will consider the Offer and update shareholders in due course.
