KORE POTASH PLC (ASX: KP2)

Kore Potash issued 1,760,000 new ordinary shares following the vesting of Performance Rights awarded under the Company's Short Term Incentive Plan.
Admission of the 1,760,000 New Ordinary Shares on AIM, the Johannesburg Stock Exchange, and the Australian Securities Exchange is expected to take place on 6 April 2023.
Following the issue of Performance Shares, the Company's total issued share capital will consist of 3,421,937,120 Ordinary Shares and total voting rights will be 3,421,937,120.

Summit Consortium confirms it will provide a financing proposal for the full capital cost of Kola within six weeks of finalizing EPC terms.
Increased communication with the RoC Ministry of Mines has led to better support for Kore and its Kola and DX potash projects.

The process to potentially finance the construction of Kola further progressed in line with the Memorandum of Understanding (“MoU ”) signed with the Summit Consortium.
Contractual terms are being negotiated prior to accepting the Engineering, Procurement and Construction (“EPC”) proposal for the Kola project.
The financing proposal for the full construction cost of Kola is expected to be provided by the Consortium following agreement on the EPC contract terms that the Company is currently finalising with SEPCO.
