Kalium Lakes has executed formal documentation with its senior lenders to amend select terms of its financing facilities.
The Facility Amendments make available for drawdown up to $10 million of the Liquidity Facility, with the second $10 million tranche subject to lender discretion.
Interest payments due in CY2023 are deferred by 12 months, with additional cash relief of approximately $4.3 million during CY2023.
