Gratifii has agreed to acquire the assets of Spendless Buying Advisory Service Pty Ltd for $175,000 plus inventory.
Spendless generated $1.8 million in revenue in FY2022, and its assets are expected to accelerate the growth of Gratifii's Neat Ideas subsidiary.
The acquisition provides scale and cross-selling opportunities, as well as new client relationships with premium brands.

GTI: Gratifii signs contract with Niterra

GRATIFII LIMITED

Gratifii signs a two-year contract with Niterra Australia to deliver a complete loyalty and rewards solution.
The contract is expected to generate around $225,000 in license and management fees per annum plus additional rewards revenue.
Gratifii will provide digital loyalty program services and loyalty management from Hachiko for Niterra's core customers and distribution partners.
