GEN: Baniaka Mining Permit progress and non-dilutive US$2M financ

GENMIN LIMITED

Large-scale Mining Permit application for Baniaka iron ore project in Gabon is progressing, with an expected grant by the end of June 2023.
Genmin has completed non-dilutive US$2 million working capital financing for securing the Mining Permit, pre-development activities, and general working capital.
Discussions are ongoing for an additional non-dilutive US$5 million in royalty funding.

GEN: Long-term,15-year integrated rail and port agreement signed

GENMIN LIMITED

Genmin signed a 15-year bulk logistics agreement with Owendo Mineral Port for rail and port services.
The agreement includes a guaranteed 5 million tonnes per annum (Mtpa) with provision to scale up to 15 Mtpa.
This agreement, alongside the recently signed power supply agreement, provides a key milestone to commercialise production from Baniaka in mid-2024.

GEN: Genmin signs long-term power agreement for Baniaka

GENMIN LIMITED

Genmin has signed a long-term power supply agreement with Gabon’s State-owned power utility, Société de Patrimoine du Service Public de l’Eau Potable, de l’Énergie Électrique et de l’Assainissement.
The agreement provides for the initial supply of 30 megawatts (MW), which can be increased to 50MW to accommodate future expansion at Baniaka.
It is consistent with Genmin’s ESG values and positively impacts project economics.
