GOOD DRINKS AUSTRALIA LTD

Good Drinks Australia Ltd (GDA) and Stomping Ground Brewing Pty Ltd (Stomping Ground) have jointly decided to not proceed with the planned acquisition of the Victorian brewery.
Recent conditions have challenged GDA’s underlying business case for the acquisition and would require more resources than initially anticipated to create meaningful value for GDA shareholders.
It was agreed by both parties that it is best to move forward separately.

Good Drinks Australia Ltd is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr Aaron Heary as an Executive Director, responsible for Strategy, Brand and Hospitality.
Aaron has more than 26 years’ experience in the liquor market both in Australia and abroad and has held the dual roles of Chief Operating Officer (COO) and Chief Strategy Officer for Good Drinks since 2014.
He is qualified in brewery operations through the Institute of Brewing and Distilling London and is a qualified beer judge.
