FTZ: Patrick Avery transitions to Non-Executive Director

• Patrick Avery will step down as Executive Director of Fertoz Ltd, but remain on the Board as a Non-Executive Director.
• During his six and a half years as Executive Chairman, Patrick recruited key executives, secured strategically valuable deposits of rock phosphate and led the development of many customer and contractor relationships in North America.
• Fertoz is transitioning to a sales and marketing focused company, expanding exploration and mining activities to meet growing demand for natural rock phosphate as well as growing their portfolio for carbon credits.
