Shareholder approval will be sought for each draw down and the issuance of Commitment Shares to Arena Business Solutions Global SPC II, Ltd.

FFG: FFG Restructures ASEAN Fintech Group Limited

FATFISH GROUP LIMITED

Fatfish Group Ltd is undertaking an internal restructuring to move ASEAN Fintech Group Ltd (AFG) to Indonesia.
The restructuring involves PT Prime Digital Nusantara (PT Prime), a private company owned by Fatfish, becoming the 100% parent company of AFG.
Current shareholders of AFG will receive their pro-rata share in PT Prime with no change to their ownership levels in AFG.
