ENR: Drilling Commenced at Jessica Copper Project (NT)

ENCOUNTER RESOURCES LIMITED

Diamond drilling has commenced at the Jessica copper project in the Northern Territory.
Four drill holes will be used to test targets identified through seismic reprocessing and gravity surveys.
The project is being explored under a Farm-in Agreement with South32 and covers a large area prospective for sediment-hosted and IOCG-style copper deposits.

ENR: IGO Commences Copper Targeted Drilling at Yeneena

ENCOUNTER RESOURCES LIMITED

Diamond drilling has begun at the Yeneena Project to target high-value sediment-hosted copper.
The drilling is focused on testing the down plunge position of previously intersected mineralization.
A total of five diamond drill holes and 26 aircore holes are planned to be completed between July to September 2023.

ENR: A$10 million Placement to Accelerate West Arunta Exploration

Encounter Resources Limited has received firm commitments to raise A$10 million through a share placement at A$0.25 per share.
The funds will primarily be used for accelerated exploration at the Aileron Project in the West Arunta region, copper and critical mineral exploration in the Northern Territory and Western Australia, and general working capital.
Canaccord Genuity (Australia) Limited and Chieftain Securities (WA) Pty Ltd acted as Joint Lead Managers for the placement and will receive options exercisable at A$0.50 per option on completion.

ENR: South32 Farm-in Tenure Expanded - Jessica Copper Project

Jessica copper project is being explored under a Farm-in Agreement with South32 and has been significantly expanded ahead of maiden diamond drilling.
Reprocessing of seismic lines has identified additional copper prospects, increasing farm-in tenure coverage to around 10,300km2.
Maiden diamond drilling (3,500m) is scheduled to commence in June/July 2023, with South32 funding initial exploration.

Assay results from Junction Lithium Project in NT have confirmed LCT pegmatites containing lithium and other critical minerals.
Assays include maximum assays of lithium (0.2% Li 2O), rubidium (0.57% Rb), tin (500ppm Sn*), caesium (498ppm), tantalum (51ppm) and tungsten (740 ppm).
Soil sampling program to be completed to define targets for drilling.
