• The contract consists of two phases. Phase one, which is expected to last about a year, involves the Front End Engineering Design (FEED), including a gap analysis and in-depth review of the project's definitive feasibility study. The Final Investment Decision (FID) precedes the commencement of Phase two, which involves Engineering, Procurement and Construction Management.
• Euro Manganese provided an update on the project's permit approval process, stating that securing outstanding permits and project finance are necessary for the Board to receive an FID. Wood will manage the overall project and construction during the EPCM phase, which includes detailed design, procurement, construction, and commissioning.

EMN: EMN Announces Production of HPEMM from Demonstration Plant

• Euro Manganese Inc. has successfully produced high-purity electrolytic manganese metal (HPEMM) with 99.9% Mn purity from its Chvaletice Demonstration Plant in the Czech Republic.
• The company is currently producing high-purity manganese sulfate (HPMSM) and will send it for external laboratory testing soon.
• Acceptance testing for the Demonstration Plant is set to commence in late April, with customer deliveries to follow upon successful completion.

1. Euro Manganese Inc. has entered into an offtake term sheet with Verkor, a low-carbon battery manufacturer based in Grenoble, France.
2. The term sheet is non-binding and the parties intend to enter an offtake agreement.
