COG: COG footprint continues to expand

• COG has acquired salary packaging business, Paywise, for $30 million.
• As part of the transaction, COG has divested a 18% interest in FleetNetwork to EML Group for $15 million.
• The net $15 million cash component required to complete the transaction will be funded by drawing down on COG's acquisition debt facility.
