BMO: Results of Rights Issue

  1. Pursuant to the Rights Issue, 30 valid applications were received for a total of $92,988.03 comprising a total of 2,656,801 shares and 1,328,403 options.
  2. The shares and options under the Rights Issue will be issued and allotted on Friday 20 January 2023 with quotation of the Rights Issue shares expected to commence on Monday 23 January 2023.
  3. The Board will now work with the Lead Manager, GTT Ventures Pty Limited (GTT), to place the shortfall under the Rights Issue in its discretion.

BMO: Further High-Grade Gold Results - Capote

  1. High-grade gold intersections received from Resurgimiento 2 and Yayito Prospects at the Capote Gold Project, confirming shallow mineralisation.
  2. Results complement previously released intersections from the Resurgimiento 1 Prospect.
  3. Significant intercepts include 5m @ 2.06g/t Au from 42m in CPDH01 3 (including 1.6m @ 5.6g/t Au).

BMO: Significant Reduction In Corporate Overheads

BASTION MINERALS LIMITED

  1. Capital management initiatives implemented by the BMO board have resulted in significant cost reduction in corporate overheads effective as of 1 January 2023 ;
  2. Board member fees and salaries, Chilean management fees and consultant fees have all been reduced in order to facilitate these cost reductions ;
  3. The reduction in these recurring costs is expected to result in an annualised saving of approximately $700, 000 for Bastion Minerals and its shareholders.
