BLU: Blue signs MOU with Qld Pacific Metals to supply Pilot Gas

BLUE ENERGY LIMITED.

Blue Energy Limited signed a non-binding MOU with Queensland Pacific Metals Energy (QPME) to supply gas into QPME's Moranbah Gas Project plant.
The MOU enables a simple path for commercializing Blue's pilot gas flow from their Sapphire Block in ATP 814 (PLA 1034).
The collaboration paves the way for developing Blue's gas reserves to supply the previously announced Gas Supply MoU for QPM's Nickel Refinery project in Townsville.

BLU: Sapphire Pilot Production Testing Update

BLUE ENERGY LIMITED.

Blue Energy Limited reports gas flow rate increase to 140,000 cubic feet per day in Sapphire Pilot Well production testing project.
Dewatering process continues to be cautiously managed to prevent damage to coals during pressure drawdown phase.
Combined water rate in Sapphire Pilot Wells remains stable at 200-250 barrels per day, suitable for stock and domestic use.

BLU: Sapphire Pilot Production Testing Update

Sapphire Pilot gas flow rate has increased to 100,000 cubic feet per day from the previously reported 70,000.
Dewatering process is cautiously managed to ensure minimal damage to the coals during pressure drawdown phase.
Combined water rate at Sapphire stabilizes between 200-250 barrels of water per day, fit for stock and domestic use.

BLU: Sapphire production testing update

BLUE ENERGY LIMITED.

All surface facility installations for the Sapphire 5 and 6 pilot well sets have been completed.
Early and sustained gas flow is now being recorded during the de-watering phase.
Blue has taken the decision to ensure that the flow of gas is brought on in a measured manner to maximise longer term reservoir performance.
