BGT: Bio-Gene Receives R&D Tax Incentive

Bio-Gene Technology Limited has received a $446,000 Research and Development (R&D) tax incentive from the Australian Taxation Office.
The cash incentive is for research and development costs incurred in the 2021/2022 financial year.
This rebate relates to both Australian and eligible overseas expenditure for the development of the Company’s products FlavocideTM and QcideTM.

BGT: Bio-Gene and STK Agree Binding Terms on Global Collaboration

BIO-GENE TECHNOLOGY LTD

Bio-Gene and STK Bio-Ag Technologies agree to collaborate globally to develop, register, and commercialise QcideTM for crop protection applications.
Bio-Gene grants STK a non-exclusive licence to develop QcideTM technology for crop protection, aquaculture, turf and ornamentals markets.
STK will fund the registration of QcideTM, while Bio-Gene has full access to registrations to support other commercial opportunities.
